Our latest additions

We are thrilled to introduce our four newest team members who have joined the team here to help pharmaceutical companies improve the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.

Aurora’s Chief Executive Officer and co-owner Claire Eldridge comments: “Coronavirus has affected everyone’s life and every business, and its impact will continue well into the future. With skills in strategy, digital, crisis management, public affairs, behaviour change and transformation, these new team members join us at the perfect time as we work to enable our clients to adapt fast in these ever-evolving times.”

The new team members are:

Sam Bevans With 18 years’ communications experience, including senior roles at freuds and Blue Rubicon, Sam joins Aurora as a Director. His impressive healthcare credentials include directing public health behaviour change campaigns for the Department of Health, including the award-winning NHS Act FAST stroke awareness campaign. He has also advised the ABPI on its public affairs strategy and has a strong understanding of healthcare systems, having worked with the Royal College of General Practitioners, a range of Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts.

Jennifer Davies Jenny is an Account Director with more than five years of experience working within life sciences, healthcare and consumer communications. Since gaining a Biology degree, she has held both in-house and agency communications roles. She has led activities at a UK, European and global level across a range of therapy areas spanning oncology, rare diseases and neurology.

Rosanna Forrest With six years of healthcare and life sciences communications experience, Rosie joins Aurora from GCI Health London as a Senior Account Manager. She has worked across a range of therapeutic areas including oncology, inflammation and rare diseases and also has experience in disease awareness, patient advocacy and behavioural change in large pharma.

Akina Taniguchi Akina joins Aurora as an Account Manager from GCI Health. She has led the launches of new HIV treatments in the EU, developing media strategies and approaches ahead of regulatory milestones and data announcements at multiple congresses. Her other focuses include disease awareness, employee engagement, stakeholder management and corporate communications.

Claire Eldridge added: “Sam, Jennifer, Rosanna and Akina all bring passion, creativity and a fresh perspective to the team – all of which are vital in our goal to develop campaigns that make all the difference to our clients.”
