We are delighted to announce the promotion of three of our junior team members, who have all joined us within the last year. During recent months, while all working remotely, we have continued to provide career development opportunities and recognise our team’s achievements and hard work.
The fantastic promotions are:
• Isabella Taylor promoted to Senior Account Executive
Before joining Aurora last year, Izzy was an Account Executive at ZPB Associates, where she worked on projects involving digital health, stakeholder management and the integration of pharma and the NHS. Since joining Aurora, she has expanded her pharma portfolio, working in therapeutic areas including gastroenterology and rare diseases on awareness, education, and patient advocacy. Izzy graduated in 2018 from Durham University with a degree in Health and Human Sciences.
• Manahil Afseh promoted to Senior Account Executive
Manahil joined Aurora nine months ago as an Account Executive after completing a year as a marketing associate at Eli Lilly. Manahil gained valuable experience in a variety of business areas, including multi-channel engagement and analytics through managing a number of email campaigns for customers as well as working with the team on multiple salesforce capabilities. Manahil graduated with a 1st class Hons degree in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London in 2018.
• Anna Keeley promoted to Account Executive
Anna joined Aurora as an Account Coordinator in November 2019 after finishing an internship at Boehringer Ingelheim, working with their Making More Health Team. Since joining Aurora, she has been working on various global accounts in therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology and neurology and has expanded her knowledge of patient engagement and advocacy. She has also joined the GLOBALHealthPR team, gaining deeper insights into global communications strategy. GLOBALHealthPR is our global network of independent agencies; Aurora is the sole UK agency and European Hub. Anna graduated with a Biochemistry degree from the University of Edinburgh in 2018.
Anna comments: “Izzy, Manahil and I have come from a variety of backgrounds from in-house pharmaceutical to charity and public health. Working at Aurora has provided us with the opportunity to share our experiences and work towards a common goal of improving lives for patients, where we can continuously develop our skills and knowledge of strategy and measurement to do this effectively for our clients.”
We are thrilled to have them as part of our team.
